HAVE COACH STU AT YOUR NEXT EVENT
WIN THE MOMENT
Whether you realize it or not— you are in a moment. And one moment can shift the entire momentum of your life, just how one play can shift the entire momentum of a game.
This book is for the high school student trying to figure out who they are, the athlete chasing a dream, the college freshman stepping into a new chapter, and the young adult searching for purpose and direction. But at its core, this book is for anyone who has ever felt stuck, overwhelmed, or like they’ve slowly drifted away from the person they wanted to become.
It is a practical playbook—a resource filled with stories, sports analogies, faith, mental wellness strategies, practical tools, and actionable frameworks that help people recognize the moment they’re in, embrace the opportunity and responsibility that comes with it, and ultimately win it.
